Submitting an application online is quick and painless. A non-refundable application fee of $35.00 is required from each applicant which goes toward the cost of background checks and application processing. A lease guaranty may be needed depending upon age and income requirements for each applicant.

If you are interested in one of our properties or would like to be at the top of the waiting list for the next year please fill out your information in the contact us section. Leasing for the following academic year begins as early as September and you will be given the first shot at signing a lease before the properties are listed to the public.
